I am a long-standing private equity professional providing outsourcing services. My experience comes from various roles in the private equity industry, where I worked as limited and general partner, COO/CFO and advisory board member. I have made transactions in equity, mezzanine, secondaries and structured finance.
About Me
I started my career in structured finance. Soon it became clear that private equity is “my” topic, and I am still a big believer in the private equity model after many years into it. I worked as investment manager in private equity and mezzanine, followed by making equity fund and co-investments. I was responsible for building a portfolio of private equity funds, and later run the process to sell it in a complex secondary transaction. I also have experience on the general partner side as COO of a private equity fund.
